Thank you to everyone at Pineshield for your care and attention for my mother MX for the last year or so.
Special thank you to Nicola.
I am writing on behalf of S and my self to say thank you to you and all the carers who looked after mum in her hour of need. Without your help and support we would not have been able to keep mum at home and we are very grateful.
I should like to thank you on behalf of my parents J and D and myself, for the wonderful care that you, and all the team at Pineshield have given to my brother N, over the last few years.
Your consistent level of care enabled N to stay in the Flat that he loved and to remain independent up until very close to the end.
All the staff at Pineshield have been so wonderful in creating a caring atmosphere in looking after N and have always gone above and beyond the actual requirements of their tasks- to make N safe, secure and happy during the time that he was with you as a client.
Thank you for attending my late mother for the last 4 – 5 months of her life . . . all the girls were wonderful. I couldn’t have coped without you all. Your standards are excellent so keep up the good work.
I’ve had eight care companies and Pineshield is by far the best. The carers are wonderful people . . . who are good at their job.
I want to pass on my eternal thanks for your support and consistency of care but also particular thanks for C. Although C has only been working with JD (my son) for a few months, JD shines whenever he knows C is coming to take him out. C has made such an effort to build a rapport with him that he is less challenging when he comes home from his social care outing. His communication has improved over the last six months with C encouraging JD to think for himself. C suggests activities in a way that makes JD comfortable and confident, improving his independence and self esteem.
The carers respect me and . . . tell me what’s going to happen. Then I know what I’m going to do today.
I’m happy with the care I receive and in particular with the care workers . . . you do a wonderful job.
Thank you to everyone who has cared for R. She absolutely loved the carers coming and taking her out.
Thank you Pineshield for caring so well for M (my daughter).
What I like about the care and support I receive is that they are on time, caring, supportive and helpful.
I’m happy with the service I receive. I enjoy going to my card making class, my aqua-aerobics and ten-pin bowling on a Thursday.
Thanks for all your hard work and your staff’s hard work. I know Mrs G has been very happy with the care and has become quite close to some of the staff.
H has recently started going to the gym to try and improve her fitness. H was a bit nervous about going to start with but with S’ encouragement she really enjoys it . . . S is her perfect gym partner.
Nothing is too much trouble for N, she takes everything in her stride even when I’m having an off day. I really enjoy N’s company.
I really look forward to N’s visit. She makes me laugh and it feels more like being with a friend than someone who supports me. I feel safe and comfortable.
My girls are a blessing from God . . . I’d be lost without them. The office staff are charming and friendly whenever they ring me and I couldn’t wish for a better care agency.
I can’t praise enough the level of support I receive from K. Not only does she support KH (my son) but the whole family. The way she interacts with the other children is exceptional and they love the way she puts KH at the heart of everything. K goes above and beyond to make sure KH has the most from his call. She arranges support workers from his school so he can meet up with his school friends and do things together. She’s really flexible in her approach – for example the place where they normally go was shut this week so they decided to go to Barry Island. Unfortunately the bus wasn’t able to accommodate KH’s wheelchair so they decided to go shopping . . . where she helped KH to buy a Father’s Day present which was a wonderful surprise.
I want to pass on my appreciation for everything you have done for her (my aunt) since taking on her support. She is noticeably brighter and calmer . . . her bedroom is more organised and the house is much cleaner.
Pineshield supported S for 10 years until her move into a supported living complex. ‘We wouldn’t have coped without your support over the years. I want to pass on our thanks and appreciation to all of S’ support workers for their support through her ups and downs and health issues.
