Testimonials

Thank you to everyone at Pineshield for your care and attention for my mother MX for the last year or so.

Special thank you to Nicola.

P and P

I am writing on behalf of S and my self to say thank you to you and all the carers who looked after mum in her hour of need. Without your help and support we would not have been able to keep mum at home and we are very grateful.

AJ

I should like to thank you on behalf of my parents J and D and myself, for the wonderful care that you, and all the team at Pineshield have given to my brother N, over the last few years.

Your consistent level of care enabled N to stay in the Flat that he loved and to remain independent up until very close to the end.

All the staff at Pineshield have been so wonderful in creating a caring atmosphere in looking after N and have always gone above and beyond the actual requirements of their tasks- to make N safe, secure and happy during the time that he was with you as a client.

N's sister

Thank you for attending my late mother for the last 4 – 5 months of her life . . . all the girls were wonderful. I couldn’t have coped without you all. Your standards are excellent so keep up the good work.

Mrs JB, Cardiff

I’ve had eight care companies and Pineshield is by far the best. The carers are wonderful people . . . who are good at their job.

Mr L, Cardiff

I want to pass on my eternal thanks for your support and consistency of care but also particular thanks for C. Although C has only been working with JD (my son) for a few months, JD shines whenever he knows C is coming to take him out. C has made such an effort to build a rapport with him that he is less challenging when he comes home from his social care outing. His communication has improved over the last six months with C encouraging JD to think for himself. C suggests activities in a way that makes JD comfortable and confident, improving his independence and self esteem.
